How RocketAiFlow handles public-site data and demo requests

This notice covers the public RocketAiFlow website and the operational demo request flow. It explains what the site processes, why it processes it, which providers may be involved, and how visitors can review or change analytics consent.

Public website only

Narrow processing scope

  • This page covers the public marketing website and demo-request workflow.
  • Customer deployment logs, traces, recordings, and operational telemetry are governed separately.
  • Analytics is optional and loads only after consent.
  • Sensitive or special-category personal data should not be submitted through the public form.

What the public site handles

The public site is not intended to process broad product data. Its role is limited to contact, demo intake, opt-in analytics, and basic website operation.

Controller and contact

For the current public website and demo-request workflow, the data controller is Innocenzo Biondo, operating the RocketAiFlow project and receiving submissions through the site until a dedicated legal entity is incorporated.

Current controller contact for site privacy and demo requests: Innocenzo Biondo via sales@rocketaiflow.com.

Demo request data

When you submit the operational demo request form, the site processes the information you provide so RocketAiFlow can review the request, respond to you, and assess workflow and deployment scope.

Current form fields: name, work email, company, team size, deployment preference, automation goal.

Analytics data

If you accept analytics cookies, the site records website usage and selected conversion events such as operational demo clicks and successful demo request submissions. Analytics remains off until you opt in.

Analytics is consent-based; no GA4 script loads before opt-in.

Security posture

The public site is designed to collect minimal data, keep third-party tracking narrow, and avoid unnecessary marketing scripts. Access to operational systems and customer environments is controlled separately from the marketing site.

Site-side controls do not replace customer-specific deployment security requirements.

Legal bases

Why the site processes personal data

  • Demo requests: processing is used to review and respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before a business relationship is discussed. RocketAiFlow may also rely on legitimate interests to handle and organise inbound B2B enquiries.
  • Website security and reliability: legitimate interests in protecting the site, debugging issues, and keeping the public service available.
  • Analytics: consent. If you reject analytics cookies, GA4 stays off.
Recipients and transfers

Which providers may receive website data

  • Email handling: demo request data may pass through Amazon Web Services infrastructure used for SES-based delivery.
  • Analytics provider: if analytics is accepted, Google Analytics 4 may process website usage information.
  • Hosting and delivery: website infrastructure providers may process technical request data needed to serve the site securely.
  • Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, RocketAiFlow expects the transfer to rely on the provider's available safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised mechanisms, where required.
Retention

How long website data is kept

  • Demo requests: kept for as long as needed to review and respond to the request, and typically no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active commercial discussion or legal obligation.
  • Analytics data: retained according to the GA4 retention setting configured for the property in use.
  • Cookie preferences: stored until you change them or clear browser storage.
Your rights

What visitors can ask for

Subject to the GDPR and local law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent for analytics at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali where applicable.

For website privacy questions or rights requests, use sales@rocketaiflow.com and identify the context of your request as clearly as possible.

Cookie controls

Analytics consent is managed separately

Cookie and analytics controls are described in the Cookie Policy. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time to review or change your analytics preference.
